To protect the health and safety of our patients, employees and medical staff, our visitor policy is as follows:

Inpatient Units: 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Two visitors at a time. 

Critical Care Units: 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Two visitors at a time.

Emergency Department: Two visitors at a time in the waiting room, as capacity allows. One visitor at a time is allowed in the back or in the Emergency Department hallway.

Labor & Delivery: 24/7 visitation. Two visitors allowed at a time.

Mother Baby (1 West): Two visitors allowed at a time.

NICU: 24/7 visitation. Two visitors allowed at a time.

Surgery: Elective surgery patients may be accompanied by one visitor at a time from 5:30 a.m.-7 p.m. in pre-procedure/surgery area, only if space permits. Two visitors are allowed in our waiting areas, if space permits.

OB ED: One visitor allowed at all times.

Lobby hours are 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Outside of those hours, patients’ family and visitors must enter through the Emergency Department entrance.

Patients, family members and visitors must all wear a Baptist Health-provided surgical mask when in patient care areas, including in the room. Masks will continue to be provided at the Concierge desk to family and visitors.

To remain compliant with the 8 a.m.-7 p.m. visitation hours, we require that the last visitor arrive no later than 6:30 p.m. Thank you for understanding.
