Tuition Reimbursement

Bethesda Health believes that education is a vital factor in the continuing growth of the individual employee and the development of a viable and flexible workforce for the system. To assist employees with the cost of their education, Bethesda Health has developed a tuition benefit program available to full and part time benefit-eligible employees.

This program is administered on a first-come first-serve basis up to the approved fiscal amount for the year.
