Education Resource Center

The Education Resource Center (ERC) is located on the lower level of Bethesda Hospital East, beneath the Emergency Department.

The ERC is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The ERC offers both live and Internet-based courses throughout the year. The schedule of events is printed on a calendar that comes out every month and is also available under ‘Enroll in Class’ in Net Learning. 

We are an American Heart Association Training Center and a Nursing Continuing Education provider.

The ERC offers the following services to Bethesda Health employees:

1. NetLearning Computer Based Learning utilized for employee mandatory and continuing education, as well as student orientation.
2. Orientation - General, Clinical & Computer
3. Education Calendar of Events
4. CPR Training - BLS for Healthcare Providers and Heartsaver Courses
5. Tuition Reimbursement Forms
6. Student Clinical Rotation and Preceptorship Coordination
7. Workforce Development and Management Training
8. Continuing education provider for Florida Board of Nursing.
