The PACS system allows images to be instantly transmitted from all of our imaging centers to computer monitors where they are simultaneously reviewed by our radiologists and the referring physician, even when away from the facility. Plus, due to our PACS system any previous imaging studies performed at a Bethesda Health facility are easily accessible for comparison to provide a more comprehensive patient diagnosis.
