Sleep Test
Answer the following questions to determine if you need further sleep testing:

Do you awaken and have difficulty falling back to sleep?

Have you fallen asleep while driving?

Do you have trouble at work or school because of sleepiness?
If you answered "yes" to two or more questions, you may have a sleep-related problem.
