Meet Jesus G. Jimenez, M.D.

Jesus G. Jimenez, M.D. is a Board Certified general and vascular surgeon who has been serving the patients of Palm Beach County with excellence for more than ten years. Dr. Jimenez is on the medical staff of Bethesda Hospital, comprised of Bethesda Hospital East and Bethesda Hospital West. Dr. Jimenez is a part of the Bethesda Health Physician Group.
Raised in Miami, Dr. Jimenez graduated from the University of Miami School of Medicine at the top of his class. Dr. Jimenez enjoyed his residency at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas. For his Vascular Fellowship, he chose the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.
Dr. Jimenez has a passion for treating peripheral arterial disease (PAD) including aneurysmal disease and carotid artery stenosis. Employing the latest concepts and technology available, Dr. Jimenez aggressively treats PAD. Additionally, he also performs general surgery using the latest laparoscopic and robotic techniques.
His academic pursuits have included cutting-edge research and teaching physician assistant students, medical students and surgical residents.
Dr. Jimenez believes in teamwork and communication to provide accessibility to his patients and excellent care. An integral part of his team is Erica Sahlgren, PA-C who graduated from the University of Miami and Nova Southeastern University. The two of them strive for excellence every day.
