Bethesda Hospital East

Cancer Registry

Working as a centralized database, Bethesda’s Cancer Registry is a vital component of the Cancer Center that collects, stores, and manages and analyzes data on our cancer patients. The Registry evaluates clinical outcomes and quality of medical care, including treatment patterns, complications, rate of recurrence and survival rates. The information collected is shared with state and national health agencies, including the American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer and the Florida Cancer Data System.
